The cuvée Parcellaire “Les Clos Paillot” is our first cuvée from the same parcel.
It highlights the soil and the flagship grape variety of our terroir.
This plot has been carefully selected for its perfect
exposure expressing all the subtlety and complexity of
our grapes and our wines.
The palate invites you to discover the terroir: fresh and
structured accompanied by its fine bubbles, the
vintage is perfectly balanced.
Meunier reveals itself perfectly thanks to a selection of
berries and a plot exposed on the height of the hillside.
From the first moments, the explosion in the mouth is
felt to leave room for emotion.
Only 628 bottles were produced.
Vintage 2017 – 100% Pinot Meunier
Elevage in barrel (100%), no filtration or refrigeration, it is very weakly dosed (1,75g/l).
